Data controller

The data controller is Jegor Volkov, running an unregistered business in Kraków. Contact: [email protected].

What data and why

I process the data from the order form (name, e-mail, optionally phone or Telegram, notes) and the uploaded 3D file — solely to quote and fulfil the order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

3D files

The calculator analyses the file locally in your browser. The file is uploaded to the server only when you send the order.

Recipients

Data is shared with: Google (confirmation and status e-mails — Gmail), Telegram (order notification: name, contact, parameters — without the file; servers outside the EEA) and the carrier as needed for delivery. The site runs on my own server in Poland. Data is never sold.

Retention

Data in the order system and the file are deleted automatically 90 days after the order. E-mail correspondence (confirmation, status updates, complaints) is kept until the 2-year liability period for conformity of the print expires. The amount and date of the transaction remain in the sales record, and issued receipts (with buyer details) are kept for 5 years — as required by tax law.

Your rights

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to fulfil the order. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (UODO). Just write to the e-mail above.
