Terms of service

Effective from: September 2026

1. Seller

The 3D printing service is provided by Jegor Volkov, operating an unregistered business under Art. 5 of the Polish Entrepreneurs Law. Address: ul. Balicka 14b m. 84, 30-149 Kraków. Contact: [email protected], phone +48 792 446 258.

2. Service

The service is FDM printing of parts from a 3D file (STL, 3MF, OBJ) supplied by the Customer. Model design is not part of the service. The Seller may refuse an order if the model is unlawful, infringes third-party rights or is technically unprintable.

3. Order and price

The price shown by the calculator is an estimate based on the model geometry (material weight × rate per gram + print time × hourly rate). The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the final price and date (by e-mail or messenger) and the Customer accepts it. Until then the Customer may withdraw free of charge.

4. Payment

Bank transfer or BLIK after the price is confirmed: on pickup or before shipping. For orders of 150 zł or more the Seller may require a 50% deposit before printing starts. A receipt (rachunek, no VAT) is issued for every order.

5. Fulfilment and delivery

Indicative turnaround: 1–3 business days for PETG; materials on request add filament delivery time. Local pickup in Kraków by appointment or InPost / courier shipping within Poland. Shipping cost per the carrier's price list, stated at order confirmation.

6. Cancellation and withdrawal

Until printing starts the Customer may cancel free of charge. After printing has started, cancellation is possible but the Customer bears the cost of material used and printer time per the price list — up to the full order price (Art. 644 of the Polish Civil Code). A print is a non-prefabricated item made to the Consumer's specification, so the 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply (Art. 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

7. Uncollected prints

If the Customer neither collects the print nor responds to two reminders within 60 days of being notified it is ready, the Seller may charge the full order price and dispose of the print.

8. Complaints

Towards Consumers the Seller is liable for non-conformity of the print with the contract under Chapter 5a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Art. 43a–43g): for non-conformity existing at delivery and revealed within 2 years. The Customer may request repair (reprint) or replacement, and in the cases of Art. 43e — a price reduction or withdrawal. Complaints: [email protected], with a description and photos. Reply within 14 days; no reply means the complaint is accepted. Inherent FDM characteristics — visible layer lines and ±0.2 mm dimensional tolerance — are stated in the calculator before ordering and do not constitute non-conformity (Art. 43b(4)). The Seller is not liable for defects caused by errors in the Customer's model.

9. Customer files

The Customer declares they are entitled to use the submitted model. Files are used solely to fulfil the order and deleted after 90 days — see the privacy policy.

10. Final provisions

Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint procedures: free help of the municipal consumer ombudsman, mediation or the arbitration court at the Trade Inspection, and information at www.uokik.gov.pl. These terms are available in several languages; in case of discrepancies the Polish version prevails.
